The goal
Simplify the process of moving into a new office, give users full control over their subscriptions, and create internal tools that give the team constant visibility on each client’s progress and needs.
Approach
As a consultant, I guided the team in optimizing its internal processes and simplifying the experience for end users, through service blueprints and journey maps, user interviews, and A/B testing of flows and prototypes in constant iteration.
Outcome
Across several digital products, the result was a coherent ecosystem with seamless processes for users, combining technology and data with simple, user-friendly interfaces.
