A brand that makes Physical AI feel natural
Atelier West is a 12-week, equity-free residency for Physical AI startups at Capgemini’s Mission Rock labs in San Francisco. It brings founders into a hands-on environment, with prototyping facilities, engineering and design expertise from frog, Synapse and Capgemini, and access to enterprise partners, to help move Physical AI concepts toward real-world deployment.

The goal
Atelier West began as a new program concept that needed a public face. The site had to make it a credible destination for Physical AI founders: what the residency is, who it’s for, the expertise behind it and, above all, a reason to apply.
Approach
I took it from brand to launch: visual identity, art direction, UX/UI, and the site’s design and build. The core image is robotic animals with soft, organic bodies, because Physical AI is complex technology that should still feel natural and approachable. I created the visuals with AI and turned them into video, designed the site in Figma and built it with Claude Code, through SEO and the technical launch.
Outcome
The site launched with the call for applications to the inaugural cohort, alongside posters and social assets built from the same visuals, and was well received by frog leadership. It serves as the program’s front door for founders.
